Because our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict no return policy once an order has been placed and processed. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality for all our customers.

Food safety regulations prevent us from accepting returns on edible products.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of food products, Nut Essentials does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed.

All sales are considered final.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Once verified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit


Reporting an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect product, please email us with the following details:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

Refund Policy

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
